Instant messaging evolved on the Internet from simple text chat where two people would type messages to each other. Now we have the option of free worldwide audio chat using a heaset on your computer and even video if you have a web cam. All you need to do is buy the equipment, I have the best prices Email me, and install a messenger service on your computer, preferrable one your friends already use. Windows Live is looking promising but is the new kid on the block.
